My Mission

I help patient, client, and customer facing professionals 'brighten the world one smile at a time' by reframing and reaffirming the connection, communication, and collaboration processes that take place during potentially high stress and high stakes interactions. I provide tools, training, and techniques designed to simplify, personalize, and systematize patient, client, and customer success. My clients enjoy a greater sense of professional and personal fulfillment by utilizing the principles and skills I teach.

Meet David King

Hi, my name is Dave King, and I am a husband, father, flower farmer, dentist and public speaker. 20 years ago I experienced a unique set of circumstances that have provided me with a special perspective with regard to interpersonal communication. I now know firsthand what it’s like to cause and to experience intense pain and difficulty due to miscommunication or missed communication and this is why I speak to professionals who are patient facing or in client or customer relations positions.

My goal is to inspire a deeper, higher quality of connection, communication and collaboration so that the difficulties arising from miscommunication can not only be avoided, but inoculated against, if not completely prevented.

When I am not speaking you can find me with my family, on the tractor, in the dental office or just enjoying all that life has to offer.

I look forward to connecting and being a part of your next event so that, together we can save the world one patient, one client, one customer, one smile at a time.

Within each of us is the desire and drive to help and serve those around us, but how do we serve those who need our service or product, but don’t want it, dislike us, are fearful or frustrated, or just don’t want anything to do with us?

This keynote teaches five simple steps and principles that will guide you as you supportively serve and whole-heartedly help our haters.

Be First; Reframing the Conventional Paradigm of Success

Does success equal happiness? This engaging talk provides an methodology to re-frame the ever-present journey to success by offering a unique perspective of the pathway to accomplishment and fulfillment.


Through this lecture, the model of success is effectively flipped upside down, and key principles are shared that lead to our intentionally aspiring to “First, Be First,” which opens the door to finding joy in that journey.
